Service Description
Our professional wait staff is here to help your event run smoothly. We provide the following plus more when you book our wait staff. -Set up your event site with linen, napkins, china, flatware, and glassware -Serve and refill beverages - this can require additional servers -Replenish the food/buffet -Deliver plated food to guests, if you opt for plated service -Clear guest tables and scrape plates -Cut and serve your wedding cakes or birthday cake -Take back OUR rentals at the end of the night. To do so, our staff must stay on the payroll until you release them to take down and load the rentals. The waitstaff is $60 per hour—a 4-hour min required.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Payment, Estimate & Service Policies: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel, 50% of the total payment will be refunded for fully paid events, and the non-refundable portion can be applied to a future event. Each event includes one complimentary estimate. Additional revisions will require a signed contract or consultation fee. Payment is due by the specified date on the invoice to confirm staffing and event preparation. Rush fee applies for events booked within seven days, starting at $150 and increasing based on event complexity. Notes: Event planning, menu creation, and signature drink development require a signed contract. Full-service assistance is provided only after an agreement is signed.
