How It Works: You choose your preferred bar style—whether that’s full bar services, beer and wine, or basic packaging. From there, we’ll work with you to tailor the experience to your event’s needs. We specialize in creating custom-branded bars, cups, napkins, koozies, bar mats, and more, all designed to showcase your brand and make a lasting impression. The service is flexible: we cater to different guest counts, event hours, and special requests. If you’re looking for something interactive or special, we can integrate experiential elements such as product sampling, photo opportunities, or custom drink names to align with your brand. Booking Requirements: All bookings for this service must be made 30 days in advance to ensure we have ample time to create custom items and coordinate the experience. We also ask that clients have a budget in mind to help us plan effectively and stay within your financial expectations. What’s Included: Our branded bar experience features a portable bar with your logo and colors, plus custom-branded items like cups, napkins, coolies, and more. You can choose from a variety of bar setups, including full-service options, beer and wine service, or basic offerings. Our professional bartenders will ensure seamless service for your guests. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Payment, Estimate & Service Policies: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel, 50% of the total payment will be refunded for fully paid events, and the non-refundable portion can be applied to a future event. Each event includes one complimentary estimate. Additional revisions will require a signed contract or consultation fee. Payment is due by the specified date on the invoice to confirm staffing and event preparation. Rush fee applies for events booked within seven days, starting at $150 and increasing based on event complexity. Notes: Event planning, menu creation, and signature drink development require a signed contract. Full-service assistance is provided only after an agreement is signed.
