Service Description

At Tia’s Tipsy Cocktails, we understand that creating memorable events involves crafting the perfect atmosphere and providing exceptional libations. The Full Bar Experience is a package designed to elevate your gathering, ensuring each guest enjoys a delightful selection of beverages, including beer, wine, premium liquor, and more. Per-Person Pricing: We believe in transparent pricing that simplifies planning and budgeting for your event. The Full Open Bar Experience Rates: Small events (Minimum of 30 guests): $45 per person 31 to 50 guests: $40 per person 51 to 100 guests: $35 per person 101 to 150 guests: $30 per person 151 to 200 guests: $25 per person 201 to 300 guests: $20 per person For events exceeding 300 guests, please get in touch with us to inquire about current pricing. All-Inclusive Package Highlights: Our all-inclusive package envelops your event in luxury, offering everything you need for a remarkable full bar experience: Event Insurance (Liquor & General) 2-4 hours of open bar service Includes plastic beverage cups (glassware available for an additional $4 per person) Standard Beverage Napkins + Stirrers 1-3 Signature Cocktails Fresh herbs, and natural mixers. A selection of beverages, including 5+ Spirit Options, beer, wine, Mixers including: coke, sprite, ginger ale, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and garnishes. Water Ice Delivery + Storage Optional customizable LED-lit mobile bar Alcohol shopping conducted by our team Staffing Requirements: One bartender and one bar-back are required for all events. For events with 51 or more guests, two bartenders are necessary. Additional bartender staffing is already incorporated into the pricing. All of our staff members are ServSafe Certified and professionally trained. Additional Open Bar Service Rates: (beyond the initial 2-4 hours) are :$10 per person, per hour. This additional charge ensures a seamless extension of our high-quality service, covering the cost of extra premium alcohol, and a continuous supply of fresh mixers and garnishes. Service Charge and Booking Details: All services will incur a 20% service charge. To secure your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer upfront. Travel: We offer 20 miles of travel free of charge. If your event is located beyond this radius, a standard mileage rate of 62.5 cents per mile per bartender will apply.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Payment, Estimate & Service Policies: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel, 50% of the total payment will be refunded for fully paid events, and the non-refundable portion can be applied to a future event. Each event includes one complimentary estimate. Additional revisions will require a signed contract or consultation fee. Payment is due by the specified date on the invoice to confirm staffing and event preparation. Rush fee applies for events booked within seven days, starting at $150 and increasing based on event complexity. Notes: Event planning, menu creation, and signature drink development require a signed contract. Full-service assistance is provided only after an agreement is signed.
