With experience supporting events of all sizes — including high-profile brand activations and festivals with over 12,000 guests — Tia’s Tipsy Cocktails Event Staffing is your trusted partner for seamless hospitality and guest experiences. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a large-scale production, we provide professional, polished staff ready to step in where needed most. In addition to bartenders and cocktail servers, our team includes bar-backs, beverage runners, greeters, check-in attendants, waitstaff, tray-passed app servers, VIP hosts, lounge attendants, table bussers, venue runners, event setup and breakdown crews, line managers, crowd flow assistants, day-of event assistants, vendor liaisons, coat check support, concierge-style guest services, and dedicated cleaning teams for pre- and post-event cleanup. Our staff arrives uniformed, trained, and ready to elevate the vibe of your event — whether it’s a luxury wedding, corporate mixer, concert, or branded experience. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Payment, Estimate & Service Policies: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel, 50% of the total payment will be refunded for fully paid events, and the non-refundable portion can be applied to a future event. Each event includes one complimentary estimate. Additional revisions will require a signed contract or consultation fee. Payment is due by the specified date on the invoice to confirm staffing and event preparation. Rush fee applies for events booked within seven days, starting at $150 and increasing based on event complexity. Notes: Event planning, menu creation, and signature drink development require a signed contract. Full-service assistance is provided only after an agreement is signed.
