Whether you’re planning a beer and wine open bar, a full cocktail bar, a team-building event, or need event staffing, we provide tailored solutions to ensure a seamless, professional experience. How We Solve Your Budget Challenges: 1. Initial Consultation: Free 15-Minute Consultation: We’ll discuss your event details, guest count, and, most importantly, your budget. This allows us to design a package that aligns with your goals and financial constraints. 2. Custom Proposal: After understanding your needs and budget, we’ll create a detailed proposal with flexible pricing options for services such as: Beer and wine open bars Full-service cocktail bars featuring premium spirits and signature drinks Event staffing, including bartenders, waitstaff, and event helpers Each service is tailored to ensure a smooth and professional event experience while meeting your budget. 3. Package Confirmation: Once you approve the proposal, a 50% retainer will secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the event date. Starting Price: Beer & Wine Bar Packages $1,200 Signature Cocktail Bars $1,500 Full Open Bars $2,000 Event Staffing/Waitstaff/Event Helpers (based on your staffing needs) Additional Costs: Service Charge: A 20% service charge will be added to the total package cost. Retainer: A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. Exclusive Offer: Save 10%: Book 5+ annual events and receive 10% off your total package price. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Payment, Estimate & Service Policies: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel, 50% of the total payment will be refunded for fully paid events, and the non-refundable portion can be applied to a future event. Each event includes one complimentary estimate. Additional revisions will require a signed contract or consultation fee. Payment is due by the specified date on the invoice to confirm staffing and event preparation. Rush fee applies for events booked within seven days, starting at $150 and increasing based on event complexity. Notes: Event planning, menu creation, and signature drink development require a signed contract. Full-service assistance is provided only after an agreement is signed.
