Service Description
The "Basic Bar Package" option will suit your needs perfectly, especially if you already have your alcohol on hand. We arrive early to set up the bar area and break down and clean up after all the festivities are over. This service includes professional bar tools, mixers, and the great vibes needed for serving a full bar. Basic Bar Package includes the following: One Licensed, Bonded, and Insured professional bartender One bar-back/bar assistant Event Insurance TIPS Certified 2-4 hours of service 3-4 specialty mocktails Bar Tool Kit (shaker, wine/beer opener, garnish trays) LED Portable Bar (optional) Beverage cups (plastic) Standard beverage napkins + stirrers Premium Cocktail Mixers + Garnishes Includes: coke, sprite, ginger ale, club soda, orange juice, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemons, limes, orange slices, and water. Ice delivery + storage Affordable Pricing: The quoted price is suited for up to 50 guests. Additional guests are $8 per person. Alcohol Shopping: Please note that for this package, alcohol is not included. This option is perfect for clients who already have their alcohol ready for the event. We provide everything else you need to create a fantastic bar experience. Staffing Requirements: We require one bartender and one bar-back for ALL events. For events with 50 or more guests, two bartenders are necessary. Additional bartenders can be provided at $400 per bartender for up to 4 hours of service. Service Charge and Booking Details: All services will incur a 20% service charge. To secure your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer upfront. Additional Service Hour Rates: (beyond the initial 2-4 hours) are :$8 per person, per hour. This additional charge ensures a seamless extension of our high-quality service, covering the cost of extra fresh mixers and garnishes and supplies. Travel Convenience: We offer 20 miles of travel free of charge. If your event is located beyond this radius, a standard mileage rate of 62.5 cents per mile per bartender will apply.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Payment, Estimate & Service Policies: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. If you cancel, 50% of the total payment will be refunded for fully paid events, and the non-refundable portion can be applied to a future event. Each event includes one complimentary estimate. Additional revisions will require a signed contract or consultation fee. Payment is due by the specified date on the invoice to confirm staffing and event preparation. Rush fee applies for events booked within seven days, starting at $150 and increasing based on event complexity. Notes: Event planning, menu creation, and signature drink development require a signed contract. Full-service assistance is provided only after an agreement is signed.
